User Data Deletion Policy

At Dataverse Solution, we respect your privacy and your rights regarding your personal data.

If you have used Facebook Login to access our application or website and would like us to delete the personal information associated with your Facebook account, you may request the deletion of your data by following the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 – Contact Us

Send an email to [dataversesolution.com@gmail.com] with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Facebook account
  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Once we verify your identity, we will process your request within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Option 2 – Remove the App from Facebook

You may also remove Dataverse Solution from your Facebook account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  3. Select Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate Dataverse Solution.
  5. Click Remove.

Removing the application from Facebook revokes our access to your Facebook information. However, if you would like us to permanently delete any data stored on our systems, please also submit a deletion request by email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

  • Your Facebook User ID
  • Your name
  • Your email address obtained through Facebook Login
  • Your profile information obtained through Facebook Login
  • Any account information associated solely with your Facebook login

We do not retain your Facebook password or access your Facebook account beyond the permissions you have granted.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or regulations;
  • Resolve legal disputes;
  • Prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions; or
  • Meet legitimate business or security requirements.

Any retained information will be securely protected and retained only for as long as required by law.

Confirmation

After your request has been completed, we will send a confirmation email indicating that your Facebook-related personal data has been deleted from our systems.
